• Excel template files - uploaded by administrators for PDF generation
• Form submission data - submitted by end users to fill template placeholders
• IP address - used solely for rate limiting on registration endpoints

2. How We Use Your Data

• To generate PDF documents from your templates and form data
• To manage your account and enforce usage quotas
• To send registration confirmation emails
• To prevent abuse through rate limiting

3. Data Retention

• Generated PDFs: automatically deleted after 24 hours
• Excel templates: stored until you delete them or your account is closed
• Registration data: stored until you request account deletion
• Rate limit records: automatically expire within 1 hour

4. Data Processing Location

All data is processed and stored in AWS ap-northeast-1 (Tokyo, Japan) region.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, share, or provide your data to third parties. Amazon Web Services (AWS) is used as our infrastructure provider and processes data on our behalf under their standard data processing terms.

6. Your Rights

You may request:

• Access to the personal data we hold about you
• Deletion of your account and associated data
• Export of your data in a portable format

To exercise these rights, contact us through the support channel listed on the WordPress.org plugin page.

7. Security

• API keys are stored as hashed values (never in plaintext)
• All communication uses HTTPS/TLS encryption
• Lambda execution roles follow least-privilege IAM policies
• No outbound network access from processing environment

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

• 生成されたPDF: 24時間後に自動削除
• Excelテンプレート: ユーザーが削除するか、アカウント閉鎖時まで保存
• 登録データ: アカウント削除の要求があるまで保存
• レート制限記録: 1時間以内に自動失効

4. データの処理場所

すべてのデータはAWS ap-northeast-1（東京、日本）リージョンで処理・保存されます。

5. 第三者への提供

お客様のデータを第三者に販売、共有、提供することはありません。Amazon Web Services（AWS）はインフラストラクチャプロバイダーとして、標準的なデータ処理条件のもとでデータを処理します。

6. ユーザーの権利

以下の請求が可能です:

• 当方が保有するお客様の個人データへのアクセス
• アカウントおよび関連データの削除
• ポータブルな形式でのデータのエクスポート

これらの権利を行使するには、WordPress.orgプラグインページのサポートフォーラムよりお問い合わせください。

7. セキュリティ

• APIキーはハッシュ化して保存（平文保存なし）
• すべての通信はHTTPS/TLS暗号化を使用
• Lambda実行ロールは最小権限のIAMポリシーに準拠
• 処理環境からの外部ネットワークアクセスなし

8. ポリシーの変更

本プライバシーポリシーは随時更新される場合があります。変更後もサービスを継続利用した場合、更新後のポリシーに同意したものとみなします。
