Terms of Service

1. Service Overview

SheetPop ("the Service") provides an Excel-to-PDF conversion API for WordPress sites. Users upload Excel (.xlsx) templates and the Service generates PDF documents by filling in form data.

2. Acceptable Use

• The Service may only be used for generating legitimate business documents (invoices, estimates, applications, etc.).
• Excel files containing macros (VBA) are prohibited and will be rejected.
• You must not upload files containing malware, illegal content, or content that infringes on third-party rights.
• Automated abuse, reverse engineering, or attempts to circumvent rate limits are prohibited.

3. Free Plan

• The free plan allows up to 10 PDF generations per month.
• The quota resets on the 1st of each month.
• When the quota is exceeded, PDF generation is skipped but form submissions continue to process normally.

4. Data Handling

• Generated PDF files are stored for 24 hours and then automatically deleted.
• Excel templates are stored on our servers for the duration of your account.

5. Service Availability

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
• We do not guarantee any specific uptime or SLA.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Conversion results may differ from the original Excel file due to rendering engine differences.
• We are not liable for any data loss, business interruption, or damages arising from use of the Service.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.

1. サービス概要

SheetPop（以下「本サービス」）は、WordPressサイト向けのExcel→PDF変換APIを提供します。ユーザーはExcel（.xlsx）テンプレートをアップロードし、フォームデータを差し込んだPDFドキュメントを自動生成できます。

2. 利用条件

• 本サービスは、正当な業務文書（見積書、請求書、申込書等）の生成にのみ使用できます。
• マクロ（VBA）を含むExcelファイルは禁止されており、アップロード時に拒否されます。
• マルウェア、違法コンテンツ、または第三者の権利を侵害するコンテンツを含むファイルのアップロードは禁止します。
• 自動化による不正利用、リバースエンジニアリング、レート制限の回避は禁止します。

3. 無料プラン

• 無料プランでは、月間10枚までPDF生成が可能です。
• 枠は毎月1日にリセットされます。
• 枠を超過した場合、PDF生成はスキップされますが、フォーム送信は正常に処理されます。

4. データの取り扱い

• 生成されたPDFファイルは24時間後に自動削除されます。
• Excelテンプレートはアカウント存続期間中、サーバーに保存されます。
• データの収集・処理の詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

5. サービスの提供

• 本サービスは「現状有姿」で提供され、いかなる保証も行いません。
• 特定の稼働率やSLAは保証しません。
• 合理的な通知のもと、本サービスの変更、一時停止、または終了を行う場合があります。

6. 免責事項

• 変換結果は、レンダリングエンジンの違いにより元のExcelファイルと異なる場合があります。
• 本サービスの利用により生じたデータ消失、業務中断、その他の損害について、当方は責任を負いません。
• 当方の賠償責任は、請求に先立つ12ヶ月間にお支払いいただいたサービス利用料を上限とします。

7. 規約の変更

本規約は随時更新される場合があります。変更後もサービスを継続利用した場合、更新後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

8. 準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠します。紛争が生じた場合、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
